Happy memories of times shared at Sesekinika Lake. May Gerry’s loved ones be blessed with the peace of God that passes all understanding. Sincerely, John and Ursula Van Oosten and family

Glen , Glenda, Debbie and families I have known Gerry for most of my life…initially as an inquisitive teen then as a co worker and eventually I was invited into the coffee/lunch club. my fondest memories at Ses were of the winter cross country ski trecks (wine drinking ventures) only the adults partook in. Those of us left at home witnessed them leaving in straight lines and coming back in a somewhat discombobulated group and extremely funny. That is only one of the many great times our parents shared as good friends. Over the years I got to know Gerry to be a man of honour and compassion, humour and humility but most of all such a devoted friend to my Dad and for this I will be forever greatfull. Gerry will missed and thought of often in the highest regards.

As a police officer and a friend we shared fond moments in time with Both Gerry and Pete. May they rest now, together once more.

I knew Gerry through playing cards at the Legion and Club 50 – I always enjoyed his good sense of humour and his sense of happiness. My thoughts are with his family and with Janine.

Glen, Glenda, Debbie and families I have known Gerry for most of my life. Initially meeting Gerry and Pete at Ses when the cross country skiing (wine tasting trips) started and became a regular event across the lake. I got to know Gerry socially, then later in life in a professional capacity and then even later in life I was invited into the coffee club. Gerry was a man of genuine sincerity, showed respect to all, a great sense of humour and he had a mischievous side…. but most of all he was the best friend to my dad … he will always hold a special place in my heart and most definitely in my dads My most sincere condolences
