The family of Jean-Guy Patoine regretfully announces his passing on February 19, 2022 at his residence in New Liskeard at the age of 73 years.
 
Jean-Guy was predeceased by his parents Alda & Robert Patoine and brothers Paul (2009) and Noel (2017). He is survived by his siblings Paulette (Denis Vaillancourt) of St. Andre Avellin, QC, Rozanne (Brian Marriott) of New Liskeard, ON, Normand (Carole Moreau) of New Liskeard, ON, Luc (Mary Ellen Eaton) of Kanata, ON, Rejean Patoine of Grand Prairie, AB and Micheline (Euclide Demers) of Cadillac, QC. Jean-Guy will be fondly remembered by his longtime companion Catherine Calvert as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
 
Jean-Guy will be laid to rest in a private ceremony in the Nedelec Cemetery in the summer of 2022. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Lung Association / COPD at www.lung.ca or 502-885 Meadowlands Drive Ottawa, ON, K2C 3N2.
