John was always very kind and engaging and is a great memory of my childhood at the KLGC.

It is very sad to hear of Johns death. We first met in Elementary school ,were in Cubs together and went to KLCVI at the same time. Always thought he was a good guy and saw him often when he returned to KL. Another sad loss to our old Townsite gang!

John, you were my friend in grade 1 Central School and I was delighted to share our moments of friendship for the frequent occasions over the duration of our lives. Kirkland Lake, Markland Woods, Canada Life, and the friends you touched will be at a loss for your enthusiasm and rational thought and plain old search for fun. Rest easy now.
