My deepest condolences to Joan and Klaus’ family. I remember Klaus when he coached soccer for KLSA and later worked along side him at Shaba Testing. Please accept our sympathies. Klaus surely walked the extra mile for the 1989 Canadian Scout Jamboree held on PEI. The Kirkland Lake scout troupe had been planning for months to attend the jamboree on the east coast but the regular scoutmaster announced at the 11th hour that he couldn’t attend. The boys, including my own 2 sons were disappointed that the outing was going to be cancelled. Klaus volunteered to single-handedly take a van load of 13 and 14 year old boys on a 2 week trip to PEI with 10,000 other scouts from around the world.

Aunt Joan we are so sorry for the loss of such a great man. You are in our thoughts xo
