BOUCHER, Laurier "Larry"

1953 - 2022

In loving memory of Mr. Laurier Boucher Sr. "Larry" who passed away peacefully at his home at the Matachewan First Nation Reserve, with his loving wife of 52 years married Marlene Boucher (nee Wilson) and his family by his side on Monday, February 28, 2022 at the age of 68.

Larry was a loving father to Nadine & Eddie Gauthier of Thompson Manitoba, Larry & Bernadine Boucher of Englehart, Lee Boucher of Vancouver; Grandchildren Stephanie & Matt, Michael, Hannah, Braydon, Liam, CC, Skylar & Taylor, Nadine & Brett, Alex & Jill and his great grandchildren Liam, Maisie, Easton, AJ, Isic, Khylem, Rylee and many nieces and nephews. Also, he will be remembered by his brother John Paul Boucher of Matachewan First Nation.

Pre-deceased by his father Luciene Boucher & mother Susie Flemming (Step-father Floyd Flemming), 2 sisters Rosie & Rolande and granddaughter Leeah.

Larry was known as crazy Larry Log Truck driver which he has done for many years. Larry then work for Matachewan First Nation as a grader & sand truck driver for many more years. Larry enjoyed hunting and long bush rides with his son Larry Jr. Larry loved being with his family. Papa Boucher loved his special angel Stephanie and also loved to watch AJ drive his scooter and pull Grandma Boucher in the wagon. Larry will be missed by his long time friend James Bisson and many many more friends.

As per Larry's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a Celebration of Life Service in the spring at a later date. In memory contributions to the charity of your choice will be greatly appreciated. Condolences, contributions and memorial candles may be left at www.timiskamingfc.com.
