SCHOUWSTRA, Lieuwe Pieter

The family of Lieuwe Pieter Schouwstra announces with sorrow his passing at the Englehart Hospital on September 15, 2021 at the age of 87 years. Lieuwe is pre-deceased by his wife, Margaretha (2010), his daughter, Kimberley Anne (1964), his son, Paul Henri (2020), son-in-law, Jerry Brodie (husband of Brenda) 2021, survived by his children: Peter (his wife Andrea), Brenda, Brian (his wife Elizabeth), Amy, Daughter-in-law Deanna, Jane (her partner Isabeau) as well as 19 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. Lieuwe will also be dearly missed by his brothers and sisters Maaike Smith, Henry, Peter (his wife Linda), Anneke Hart (her husband Bruce), and Hans (his wife Merry Ellen).

 The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday September 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Service at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the French Family Funeral Home, Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Burial to follow at the Kirkland Lake Cemetery.
