Stephen, Heather and family:

Thinking of you Stephen and all the hours you spent by your mother’s side. You are such a good son. May the good memories of your mom keep you strong in the days ahead. Lois was an amazing lady who loved her God Jehovah and she made a strong defense for his name. She could dress and style her hair and look like one classie lady and then change into coveralls and boots and head into the bush to fill her baskets with blueberries, and not be shakin’ by the bears. Lois will be missed by many.
Our deepest sympathies on the loss of you mom.
With Love,

My love and support goes out to the whole family at this difficult time. Steve you were a rock right down to the end. As day’s went into months you never wavered you were by her side. You will always have those memories and many more to share with all those who may ask. I will miss all our crazy adventures your mom and I went through not excluding the laughs along the way. All who knew Lois will have there own wonderful memories to share of her, so laugh about them because that’s what she would have wanted all of us to do. I’m so proud to have shared her last days with you Steve and the many laughs along the way that kept us sane, something your mother cherished dearly. The only thing that keeps me from crying all the time is knowing I’ll see her again and share many other laughs. Know one thing that Jehovah is by your side holding your hands and being your rock. Until we get to see her we need to be strong right to the end.

She is a dear friend. I will miss her for a while until our God brings her back to the new paradise. For now sleep.

Stephen and Family

Everyday I hear Lois's voice echoing the incredible love she had for her Creator, her Family and friends, reminding me to always be the better person. Everytime we spoke I learned something and she always lit up each day with her unequaled sense of humor and wit! She had, will always have the ability to be a classie Lady one minute and a bushwacker with a hammer and a paint brush in one hand and a blueberry basket in the other. She would do all she could to better the life of anyone and everyone she met including all her beloved fur babies. I look forward to the day, just around the corner, when Lois will light up every room she enters with her dynamic smile and sparkling personality! I love you and miss you Lois. HE WILL CALL AND YOU WILL ANSWER❣️

I remember Lois as a bold, dynamic, generous woman. Jehovah remembers these qualities & many more as he knows her better than anyone. We are encouraged by our recent Watchtower study that Lois' name is in Jehovah's Book of Remembrance. Pretty soon we will have tears of joy instead of sorrow when we see Lois again.

I was so sorry when I heard this and sorry for your loss. She was a lovely woman and so kind, classy, and her faith was something I admired. My condolences to the entire family and she is resting peacefully, her future is eternal. Hope everyone takes care during this time.

I was so sorry to hear such sad news. Lois was such a huge part of my life. She was like my big sister living right beside her for the first 20 years of my life! I love to reflect on all the fond memories we shared. Looking forward to welcoming her back with open arms…it’s just around the corner. Sending my love….Barbara Southworth

Everyone who has commented

Thank you all for your kind words and reminders of Lois’ character and qualities. These have been a sad and stressful few months watching this vibrant, intelligent, caring person slip away from us. It has been very helpful reminiscing with family and friends of a quality life we shared with Lois. She is in Jehovah’s memory and we look forward to having Bible prophecy being fulfilled and seeing our loved ones health and happy with no more ailments or pain for “the former things have passed away”. (Rev. 21:4)
