1947 - 2021

With great sadness in our hearts, our loving mother Marilyn Lee Ayres passed away with their children at her side on September 12th 2021 at the Blanche River Health - Kirkland Lake Site, at the age of 74.

 Marilyn was born in Kirkland Lake and is survived by her husband George Sydney Ayres of Cambridge and her brother Gary Fairhurst.   Proceeded by her late husband Donald Hutchinson sister Beverly,  Linda Sauve, and her brother Richard. In loving memory of her parents of Cobalt Dorothy and Clifford Fairhurst.

 Survived by her children David Hutchinson  Janet (RobertJull) Donna Hutchinson Dale Madill and Angela (Dwayne Perkull)  and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as many numerous friends and relatives.

Marilyn will be fondly remembered for all her talents such as painting writing and being a great friend and mother.

 As per Mom's request, no service will be held and a private family service will be held at a later date.

 Special thanks to Dr. Jordan, nursing staff, and palliative care at the Blanche River Health - Kirkland Site and Extendicare for their outstanding care and compassion shown towards her over the many years. Mom really loved you all like you were her own children.

 Donations in Marilyn's name may be made to Extendicare - Activity Fundd (155 government Road East, Kirkland Lake, ON P2N 1A9).

I was sadden to hear of your mothers passing. She was such a special lady. I always enjoyed seeing her while working at Extendicare. Her kindness and all the special memories you both have shared with her will live on through you. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with and your family.
