1943 - 2023

In loving memory of Mary who passed away with family and friends by her side on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at the Temiskaming Hospital.

 Mary was predeceased by her parents Leslie and Evangeline (née Doey) Humphries, her sisters Irene Siltilla, Mina Bender and Nora Swanepoel as well as her brother James Humphries.

 She will be remembered and forever loved by her son Andy, her daughter Adele Duguay and their children.

 A graveside service for Mary and her sister Nora and brother-in-law William Swanepoel will be held on July 18th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Shillington Cemetery.

 In keeping with Mary’s wishes, cremation has been arranged with Timiskaming Funeral Cooperative.

Mary’s Family

I worked with Mary first as a new nurse and we crossed paths many many times in the years following. More recently I would see her when her sister Nora lived at Northdale Manor. She was always very kind and generous soul. I send my heartfelt sympathies to her family.

I have so many memories of working with Mary . Such a lady and a wonderful and caring nurse. She taught me much with her gentle and caring manner.
