MICHAEL ZWANKO,

It is with overwhelming sadness that we announce the death of Mr. Michael Zwanko at this home in the evening of Thursday, June 18, 2009 at the age of 83 years. Born in Poland on November 18, 1926, he was a resident of Kirkland Lake since 1938. Michael and his brothers owned and operated Zwanko Brother’s Garage for 50 years. Lovingly welcomed by his parents Alexandra and William Zwanko as well as his nephews Johnick and Edward Zwanko. Mike is survived by his dear siblings Nina (late James) Willchuk, William Zwanko and Nicholas (his wife Judy) Zwanko all of Kirkland Lake. Michael will be buried in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery and private family services will be held at a later date.Offer Condolence for the family of Michael Zwanko
