I had the sincere pleasure in working with Percy for a few years leading up to his retirement. As a paramedic he served his community well with honour and duty over a very distinguished career. On behalf of Health Sciences North – Centre for Prehospital Care, our sincere sympathy to you his family.

With great sadness I wish to extend my condolences to Donna and family, Percy was a co-worker, mentor and my friend. Since my retirement from the service I don’t see or hear from the people I worked with and this news saddens me greatly. I will attend Percy’s funeral service.
