I was about ten when I first met Babe. He and my Dad worked together at Gamble Robinson a produce and grocery distributer. Dad dropped him off for lunch on Dixon. We got to chat at a number of times at the local arena. Condolences to the family.

To Garry and the Dans family
Our paths crossed when I was still a teenager. I worked at Stanleigh mine (Lake Nordic) during the summer in Elliot Lake. Babe was working in the mill and we hit it off when he found out I was from Kirkland and had gone to school with Garry. Great smile, wonderful stories and very humorous.
