COZAC, Sebastian

It is with heartfelt sorrow that our family announces the peaceful passing of Sebastian Cozac (Slim), at Northview Nursing Home, with his family by his side.  

Slim leaves behind his loving wife of 69 years, Patricia. He will be greatly missed by his children, Wayne (Nicole), Charlene (Mark Noonan), Steven, Madeline, Bernadine, Collette (Mark Gray), Kevin and Mike and also by his cherished grand & great-grandchildren. Slim is survived by his siblings Carlyn, Sylvia, David & Jim, as well as so many extended family members.

Predeceased by his parents Ana & Simion, and also siblings George, Pearl, Andri, Rebecca, Dan, Peter, Helen, John, & Aneta.    

Slim was devoted to his whole family.  His friends meant so much to him too. His kindness, loyalty & honour were immeasurable.  Slim was a humble, hard-working man & would give the shirt off of his back,  and a wide assortment of help,  to anyone in need. He was passionate about the great outdoors, fishing & hunting, & garage sales. His true happiness came from times spent with his whole family.  His grand & great -grandchildren brought him such joy. Slim had a loving heart & a great sense of humour, with lots of stories and jokes to tell.  His beaming smile would light up every place he went, and kept him always surrounded by those he truly loved so much.  A life very well-lived, by a rare man indeed!   Cremation has taken place & no services will be held.
