1938 - 2021

In loving memory of Bernadette Bennetts who passed away at Extendicare Kirkland Lake with her loving family at her side. Bernadette was born July 5th, 1938 in Kirkland Lake to the late Lucy and Roland Bourgeault. Bernadette and her husband lived in Swastika for over 55 years. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, skiing and cooking. Bernadette had a long and enjoyable career as a hairdresser.

 She was predeceased by her husband Donald Bennetts; her sister and brother in law Diane and Rick Atkinson as well as her sister Doreen Fournier.

 She will be forever remembered by her siblings Janette (Dave) Brown of Toronto, Theresa (Doug) Rogers of Arnstein, Veronica (Peter) Taylor of Ajax and her brother-in-law Fern Fournier as well as several nieces and nephews.

 Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held in the summer of 2022.
