1940 - 2021
In loving memory of Lucky Newton who passed away, on Monday December 27,2021, in the comfort of his home with his loving children and grandchildren at his side.
He was born October 22, 1940. He is predeceased by his parents Peter Newton and Olive Neill. Also predeceased by his loving wife June Peddie, child Valerie and great grandchild Opal.
He is survived and forever cherished by his children Marlene Borgford, Brent (Sylvie) and Darren (Joann) as well as his grandchildren Danny, Darryl, Kaila (Darren), Kevin (Dawn), Stacey (Mason), Kyle, Alex and Stephanie (Jarret). Loving great-grandfather of Kessie, Gavin, Noah, Jolie, Tyler, Danika, Abigail.
Beloved brother of Ethel (Russel) McNaughton. Edward (Lea) Willard and Ernest (Caroline)Willard.
Lucky was a hard working man. He was a great mechanic and he could fix anything. He enjoyed the outdoors, family gatherings and tinkering in his workshop. Lucky had an amazing joy for life. He will be fondly remembered for his great sense of humour and family values.
Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration of life will be held. He will be reunited with his wife with his inurnment at Harley Township Cemetery.
