CATHERINE POTHIER,

Passed away at the Kirkland & District Hospital on Sunday, September14, 2008 with family at her side. Cathy is predeceased by her husband Julien; parents Lena & Simon Firlotte. Cathy will be deeply missed by her children Nicole Pothier (husband Alex Stanwick) and Jason Pothier of Kingston. Fondly remembered by her precious granddaughters Hope and Tessa Stanwick; sadly missed by her siblings Sherry (Steve) Yee of Kirkland Lake and their children Ashley, Aliysha, Paige and Madison; Jim McCombe of Toronto, Barry McCombe of Cobalt, Nick (Pauline) McCombe of Kirkland Lake, Carol Ann Proulx of Kirkland Lake as well as numerouse nieces, nephews and 2 great nephews. The family will welcome friends at the MONETTE & FRENCH FUNERAL HOME (450 Government Road West,Kirkland Lake, ON., P2N 3L1) on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 from 11:30 to 12:30 with a funeral service to follow at 12:30p.m. in the “Teck-Hughes” Chapel with The Rev. Edna Murdy Officiating. Burial will be held in the Kirkland Lake Cemetery immediately following the service.
