Family

Georgette,
Was like a nana to be. Being able to take care of her after my mother had taken care of her was such an honour. She always made me laugh on my hardest days at work. Georgette always made me feel so happy and was an amazing woman. She loved her baby doll and man did she ever love her daughters. Her daughters are an amazing bunch. Georgette was very happy and always thought of others. I loved her with all my heart. I still remember all of the fun times we had and all of the tears we shed together… when I was a PSW student to being a full PSW this woman made my heart full. You will be greatly missed Madame. ️

Unfortunately I did not know your mother but it sounds like she led a great and loving life which has prepared her for her new chapter. Trusting that love brings you some solace during this time and that all are at peace.

Mes sincères condoléances dans ces moments douloureux. J'ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec Georgette il y a plusieurs années (à l'épicerie Montemurro à Kirkland Lake).

Very sad to hear about your Mom. She was another member of the Larder Lake "Mom's " battalion that kept an eye on all the children. A sweet, gentle soul with always a smile. And some of those days in the chip truck must have been hard. You were lucky to have had her with you for so long. The memories will always be there.
