LYNCH, Norman

It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Norman Lynch on October 15, 2025. Norm is survived by his loving wife Carole and leaves behind his children Ryan (Melissa) and Kyle. He will be sadly missed and is cherished by his grandchildren Riley and Joshua.

Norm was born in Kirkland Lake on December 12, 1952. Predeceased by his parents Lucille and Vincent Lynch. Beloved brother Richard (Marianne) of Nanaimo BC, Paul (Delores) of Kirkland Lake, Peter (predeceased), and Louise (predeceased). He also leaves behind his extended family Cleo and Simone Plante (predeceased), Line Lamothe (Yvon), Daniel Plante (Denise).

Norm enjoyed over 30 years of dedicated service with the City of Greater Sudbury. He began his career as a Janitor and retired as a Maintenance Supervisor. He leaves behind a legacy of hard work and the ability to solve any problem big or small.

In the early years, you could find Norm playing the drums in a band and you could easily find his sweetheart Carole dancing the night away to his music. He also had a passion for working out at the gym, as he believed in keeping fit and healthy throughout his life.

Norm and the love of his life spent many years in sunny Costa Rica enjoying palm trees and ocean breezes and many new friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
