FILLION, Reece – December 31, 2002- April 20, 2021

 Although short, Reece lived a full life. This gentle and kind soul has left us with so many memories which will be etched in our hearts forever. Reece was a lover of dance, all animals but especially her dog Winston, and horses and enjoyed listening to music. We will always remember her infectious smile, her giggle, and her caring personality. Those who knew Reece, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives.

 Reece will be missed everyday by her father Tracy, her mother Michelle; her twin brother Marshall; memere Cécile, grandma June, grandpa Rolly, uncle Trevor, aunt Marrianne, pitante Carole, mononcle Steven, mononcle Yves and aunt Shylo; her cousins Tyson, Carter, Leah, Jessica and Samantha. Reece carried a very special place in her heart for Madame Pam, her sista Carla, Ashley Larocque and Katy Roy.

 In lieu of flowers, please consider carrying Reece’s memory through her love of dance by making a donation to Rhythm & Motion Academy of Dance (PO Box 102, Larder Lake, ON., P0K 1L0). A scholarship will be set up in her memory.

 There will be a drive-by celebration of life on Saturday, April 24^th 2021 at Northern College where Reece recently took early childhood education program. Friends and family may drive by between the hours of 1:00 & 3:00 p.m. with sharing of stories at 2:00 p.m. from the front entrance of Northern College. However, we ask that everyone coming to pay their respects comes in from Burnside Drive (closest to railroad tracks) and remain in their vehicles during your visit. We will be Facebook live from FrenchFamily.ca facebook page starting at 1:45 p.m. for those who cannot drive by. There will also be a chance to listen on air from your vehicles. Tune in to 87.9 FM 

 In keeping with Reece’s simplicity, we ask that you wear comfortable clothes, no suits, please.

 When you think of Reece, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest. Hug your kids just a little harder today as tomorrow is never promised.

I extend my belated condolences to the Fillion family. I had the privilege of meeting Reece while working at Pettenuzzo's grocery store, she in the Salad Bar and I in Produce. Reece was a gentle, warm hearted, bright, young lady who aspired to be an early childhood educator (ECE) professional. That profession suited her personality well. She will be missed certainly by everyone she worked with at the grocery store.
